Russia was held two years ago, the aviation entrepreneur Raivo Susi, Estonia, who had been convicted in December in Russia, to 12 years in prison.
In Estonia, the Russian Artiom Zintchenko was also caught spying for the military secret services of Russia (GRU), and was sentenced last year to five years in prison.
The two convicts decided to request an apology, which was accepted by the presidents of their respective countries.
