Yep… I've been that way since the robocalls rolled out back in the early 90's. First person to get a serious lecture was OC register trying to get me to order a paper…. I said you've been ringing me all day long and I WORK NIGHTS and I will never ever do business with you for that.

I remember the days you could get to the right department within seconds of speaking to a human. Even more amazing was watching those who routed the calls…. MASTERS of that art form.

Businesses are stupid for replacing real humans with this bullshit. that's the reason they will never get my business… I wont answer the phone.
