Well said. That was the whole goal of the Raniere trial. Not to get him but to get the laptop in as recognized & accepted evidence and authentically from Weiner.

Okay so there were at least two "copies" we know of:

1. The server that the Seals managed to get out of Benghazi when they disregarded a stand down order, and one of their techs sent the contents to a "secret" server, and

2. The "lost laptop" that Hillary's aide had been instructed to do data transfer on when her team found out her email had been "hacked". Same aide did the copying in her NY apartment, then mailed the laptop (somewhere) and it got "lost in the mail". Also complicating that tangled mess was the fact that Hillary's NY office was moving at the time. That's about two dozen options for an operator to choose from if he/she wanted that laptop.

Maybe there are more copies…

Could be one (long shot here but possible) that another nation managed to snag and gave to us in exchange for Trump's mercy
