101 Freeway reopens hours after body is found in apparent suicide from overpass
The northbound 101 Freeway through the Cahuenga Pass reopened several hours after authorities discovered a body in the roadway, which forced lane closures during rush hour early Wednesday.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Latino man in his early 40s died in an apparent suicide after jumping from the Mulholland Drive overpass onto the freeway. The man’s name has not been released.
