Anybody else get the feeling that the final scope memo remains hidden b/c it specifically reduced the scope to trump? My thinking is that if Meuller had also already investigated the HRC stuff and found her clean, it would look awfully bad to have an investigation reopened on her, especially after comey cleared her. Perhaps it's a setup so the HRC investigations can run clean?
