pentagon claim it was a navy drone was a lie

they had to correct it and admit see notable LB

sauce

There have also been reports that the variant of Global Hawk that was shot down was actually a U.S. Navy MQ-4C Triton maritime surveillance drone. There's an issue with those reportsโ€”to our knowledge, there are no MQ-4Cs in the region. In fact, the MQ-4C is slated to make its very first deployment ever to Guam

lawfag here

anon this case was ONLY decided based on "non-delegation" doctrine

SCOTUS has long ago ruled (rightly IMO) that elected officials cannot delegate their authority to other non elected officials

if course there has to be line drawn cuz in reality most of the congress laws do in fact PUNT their authority to bureaucrats

this is how the launder more rules and taxes and shit w/o accountability

so SCOTUS allows quite a bit of this fuckerty but occasionally draws the line and says nope

this is one where they said it was OK

there is NO real consistency in this its a circus

we need LOTS more and/or congress cleaned up to pass more non delegation laws
