It shouldn't be in the notables portion imo. Put it in tools where it isn't a slap in the face to the archives.
Lets just add everything to the dough. Seriously you said its a tool for newfags. Why tf isn't in tools?
There is also an organization piece to this as well. First we add this into notables and then what? We'll start adding permanent threads to notables too? It defeats the purpose of why we have a bread in the first place. If this keeps up you guys will only be able to have one bun per bread.
