No it's not. I have access to see this from a provider perspective. Their traffic volumes today are consistent with previous days.
I'm looking at Netflix traffic volumes in real time, and they are completely normal. I won't dox myself any further to explain how I have access to see this, but I do.
It's possible there are sporatic issues with some content or some locations, but I assure you I am not wrong. Netflix as a whole is not affected by whatever you are seeing.
