at the end of page two there is cited a "Richard R. Verman"
Vermin? really
I'm thinking Richard Verma
In the letter signed by him, yah it is Richard R. Verma.
They mis-spelled his name on the summary.
I wonder why?
It seems like he's saying in the letter that they didn't report to Congress as mandated by law.
INKSNA report "delayed"
His title is: "Assistant Secretary Legislative Affairs"
Then starts talking about the next report, that is in process.
The other letter, from Richard Verma, is in answer to a question about non-proliferation and Iran.
I assume, because they lifted the sanctions against Russia, that there was some concern nuclear materials such as uranium, might leak over to Iran.
So they were selling U to Russia but didn't fill out the paperwork explaining how this fits into non-proliferation requirements of Congress, nor turn in the INKSNA report?
I spot checked those letters since the name VERMA popped out at me.
I've always thought Verma was sofa boi with a chin -job.
