If protocol requires persons like Schiff to be briefed, nothing in that meeting was close to actual considerations.
Has to be as close to military rule, with DJT as spokesperson, as you can get at this point. No way they can run military ops and brief congress with the cast of characters they have on the hill atm.
Only thing such a meeting can be used for at this point is for spreading disinfo via the moles on the hill, with the hope of catching one of themsupplying information to the enemy, IMO.
