I think SIOSI links to the "missle" mis-spelling to tell us there is a mole within Skull&Bones/CIA.

My logic:

1) "missle" mis-spelling in Q #39, 426, 432 - should be "miss(i)le"

2) Take common letters "issi" out of "siosi" and "miss(ile)" and make word out of remainder:

MISSILE leaves MLE

SIOSI leaves O

Combine to get MOLE

3) Using the pattern from "Missle", take the "i" out of "siosi" to give "sosi" - anagram is OSSI

OSSI can be translated from Italian to BONES

This is i (or missile) #1

CORRECTION to includ points 2 to 4

This is i (or missile) #1

4) Take BOTH "i"s out of SIOSI to get S.O.S. (save our souls):

Anagram of SOS is OSS = forerunner of C_A

This is i (or missile) #2

5) First mention of "missle" is in Q#39 in relation to North Korea - so C_A link in (4) seems relevant.
