Understand. Can't prove it but have an intuition that POTUS was never going to do this strike, anyway, doesn't want war with Iran. All optics. War would distract from DECLAS, etc. Which is probably the whole point……real war = best distraction. Why Chuck & Nancy were dancing? (We'll never know for sure.)
