Chucky is an Israeli citizen, Nancy never saw a war she couldn't profit from. POTUS likely told them what he was going to strike and when and then tracked the leaks they made to the NYT, Mossad, and other congressional inside traders. (Buy Northrup/Lockheed!).
Then when they'd leaked the targeting info, POTUS' teams tracked the Elint and asset positioning of our "allies" and enemies. Launching the strike packages caused assets in the target area to respond, which was also observed and analyzed. They fell for it hook, line, and sinker. POTUS has been playing this game for a looong time.
