Q and POTUS are very deliberate in how and what they post.

WATER in the news often, and important in weather, consumption, industry, floods.

Whenever the camera is on a person and they move bottles of water, or drink water, or in anyway draw attention to water - that may be a highlighter to pay attention to this specific event.
We have seen excessive drinking, and moving water around, covering it with a cup (like Melania at a child center). Is this a signal to Anons, this person is on our side, may even be on Q team. That I am not sure of.
