Indeed so, but remember agreement is part of that. An agreement is a form of contract.
Contracts are only valid/enforceable/honorable/ if both parties are aware and mutually agree. If one party is simply lazy and fails to read the terms that's on them. But if the nature or certain facts of the contract were misrepresented or hidden in part, that is an entirely different beast, with a hunting party not far away. Kind of like our current situation.
