A member of the Satanic Temple opened a government meeting in Soldotna, Alaska by declaring “Hail Satan” which prompted over a dozen officials to walk out.

Thanks to policy changes forced by the anti-American ACLU, the Alaska Supreme Court ruled that Satanists are now able to offer ‘prayers’ before government meetings.

The Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly’s previous policy stated that those delivering the invocation must be a member of a recognized church, but the rules were changed last October when Alaska’s Supreme Court decided in favor of the ACLU that the policy was unconstitutional, according to Alaskan Public Media.

Iris Fontana, the Satanic Temple member, was one of the plaintiffs in the case. An atheist and a Jewish woman were also involved in the lawsuit.

“Let’s cast aside our differences, to use reason, logic, science and compassion to create solutions for the greater good of our community,” Fontana said at the end of the invocation. “It is done. Hail Satan. Thank you.”

Several people walked out of the meeting, according to a local reporter for the Peninsula Clarion.

“God will be pleased with our public prayers of reparation,” a man who flew from Pennsylvania for the event told KSRM radio. “We want God’s blessings on America, not Satan’s curses. Lucifer is the eternal loser. Let’s keep him out.”

Recall, Obama’s IRS expedited granting tax-exempt status to The Reason Alliance which is a Massachusetts group that worships Satan and created an after school Satanic club for elementary schools. They received their tax-exempt status by the IRS within 10 days of applying while Tea Party and Christian groups waited years.

The IRS also recently gave the Satanic Temple tax-exempt status, identifying it as a “church.” This is why Satanists are now able to invoke “Satan” at government meetings.

‘It is not easy to replace me’: Juncker jokes at EU leader logjam over top unelected roles

With European leaders at loggerheads over who will fill the EU’s top unelected positions for the next five years, the bloc’s top bureaucrat took the time to quip at just how irreplaceable he truly is.

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker made the comment after the EU’s 28 heads of state failed to reach a consensus on key appointments during a summit in Brussels. Noting his own “satisfaction” and “amusement” at the impasse, Juncker joked that leaders were struggling to find an appropriate candidate to fill the Luxembourger’s illustrious shoes.

Juncker’s quip came as he and European Council President Donald Tusk – whose job is also up for grabs – commented on the deadlock. They added that a crisis summit will now be held on June 30, where they hope a consensus can be reached.

Thursday’s powwow was the first time leaders had met since heavily-contested EU Parliament elections in May, which saw a surge in green, conservatve, and liberal support at the expense of traditional center-left and center-right blocs. This has complicated the usual horse-trading which also has to ensure positions reflect the diversity of its membership.

The difficulty was summarized by Irish Taoiseach (Prime Minister) Leo Varadkar, who compared the discussions to the selection of another sacred office.

Mom Catches Man Trying to Rape 9yo Daughter—Turns Out He Was a Cop

A mother of a 9-year-old girl was horrified to find out that a 41-year-old deputy was attempting to rape her daughter and had coerced her into sending naked photos.

Okaloosa County, FL — An Okaloosa County sheriff’s deputy has been fired and arrested this week after the mother of a 9-year-old girl caught him trying to lure her daughter to rape her. The cop, Cansas Sadler Jr., 41, is also a married father who has two daughters.

According to Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, Sadler is also a decorated Army Ranger and former Ranger instructor. Now, he’s been locked in a cage for his alleged crimes against children.

According to the Miami Herald, Okaloosa has him for two counts of using a computer to solicit a child and using a two-way communications device to facilitate a felony. Polk has him for multiple counts of transmission of material harmful to a minor by electronic device , according to deputies. He was arrested Wednesday.

According to authorities, Sadler found the girl in an online game called The Wolf. In the game, Sadler befriended the girl by pretending to be an 11-year-old girl named Jade.

The elaborate and disgusting plan only grew from this point. After earning the victim’s trust as the fake persona Jade, Sadler introduced her to Jason, who was “Jade’s dad’s friend.” He told the girl that Jade was having sex with Jason and that Jason wanted to have sex with her, deputies said.

As this sicko continued to groom the girl for her future rape using two different personas, the deputy tricked the girl into sending him nude photos of herself. She sent this father of two child rapist the photos and he sent back photos of himself, according to deputies.

The details of the report are so graphic, that we will stop there but note that Sadler gave this girl his actual home address and was enticing the child over to his home, claiming Jade and Jason would have a three-way with her.

Luckily, before the 9-year-old would physically meet Sadler to be raped, the girl’s mother would catch him. Sheriff Judd said the suspect actually called the 9-year-old girl’s phone but the little girl’s mother answered the phone and had “an absolute total meltdown” and told him she was calling the cops.

Irish PM: EU Leaders Won’t Grant ‘Any More Extensions’

Irish Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has said that European Union leaders are feeling “enormous hostility” towards the idea of a further delay to Brexit, increasing the possibility that the UK will leave the EU in a clean break on October 31st.

“There’s very much a strong view across the EU that there shouldn’t be any more extensions,” the Irish prime minister said on Thursday in comments reported by The Guardian. “While I have endless patience, some of my colleagues have lost patience, quite frankly, with the UK and there’s enormous hostility to any further extension.”

He added that he believes “an extension could really only happen if it were to facilitate something like a general election in the UK or perhaps even something like a second referendum if they decided to have one”, the Irish premier continuing: “What won’t be entertained is an extension for further negotiations or further indicative votes. The time for that has long since passed.”

His comments reiterate those made by other EU leaders who have put a final deadline for Brexit as October 31st, including French president Emmanuel Macron who said that Halloween was the “final, final deadline” and the EU’s Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier who said that there were only three options for the UK: “A deal based on the agreement finalised six months ago; withdrawal without a deal; or no Brexit.”

On Thursday, the Tory leadership contest was whittled down to two MPs — Boris Johnson and Jeremy Hunt — and party members will vote for who will next lead the party and become prime minister by July. Early in the campaign, Mr Hunt had not ruled out extending Article 50 for a third time if he believes it is possible to get better exit arrangements, while Mr Johnson has said that he will push for a new treaty, but is committed to taking the UK out of the EU “with or without a deal” on October 31st.

European politicians have also, however, ruled out renegotiating the deal — either by October 31st or any other, already ruled-out, extended date. German MEP Ska Keller told Channel 4 news on Thursday that renegotiating the withdrawal treaty is “not really” a possibility.

On June 4, 1963, a virtually unknown Presidential decree, Executive Order 11110, was signed with the authority to basically strip the Rothschild Bank of its power to loan money to the United States Federal Government at interest.

With the stroke of a pen, President Kennedy declared that the privately owned Rothschild Federal Reserve Bank would soon be out of business. The Christian Law Fellowship has exhaustively researched this matter through the Federal Register and Library of Congress.

We can now safely conclude that this Executive Order has never been repealed, amended, or superceded by any subsequent Executive Order. In simple terms, it is still valid.

When President John Fitzgerald Kennedy signed this Order, it returned to the United States federal government, specifically the Treasury Department, the Constitutional power to create and issue currency – money – without going through the privately owned Rothschild Federal Reserve Bank.

A myth that all Americans live with is the charade known as the “Federal Reserve.” It comes as a shock to many to discover that it is not an agency of the United States Government.

The name “Federal Reserve Bank” was designed to deceive, and it still does. It is not federal, nor is it owned by the government. It is privately owned.

It pays its own postage like any other corporation. Its employees are not in civil service. Its physical property is held under private deeds, and is subject to local taxation. Government property, as you know, is not.

Executive Order 11,110

President Kennedy’s Executive Order 11,110 gave the Treasury Department the explicit authority: “to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury.”

This means that for every ounce of silver in the U.S. Treasury‘s vault, the government could introduce new money into circulation based on the silver bullion physically held there.

As a result, more than $4 billion in United States Notes were brought into circulation in $2 and $5 denominations.

$10 and $20 United States Notes were never circulated but were being printed by the Treasury Department when Kennedy was assassinated.

It appears obvious that President Kennedy knew the Federal Reserve Notes being used as the purported legal currency were contrary to the Constitution of the United States of America.

High arsenic levels found in bottled water brands owned by Keurig Dr Pepper and Whole Foods

High levels of arsenic, which can increase chances of cancer and cause reproductive harm, has been found in popular bottled water brands Penafiel and Starkey Water, according to new testing.

The nonprofit Center For Environmental Health sent legal notices to Keurig Dr Pepper, which owns Penafiel, as well as Whole Foods, owner of the Starkey Water brand, after independent testing showed unsafe levels of the toxic metal.

The California-based organization asserts that the products require a health warning under California's consumer protection law.

"Customers typically purchase bottled water at exorbitantly high costs with the assumption that it is safer and healthier to drink than tap water, unaware that they are ingesting an extremely toxic metal linked to birth defects and cancer," CEH chief executive Michael Green said in a statement.

CEH didn't disclose the results of its testing, but said in a statement that it confirmed previous testing by Consumer Reports. In April, Consumer Reports found Penafiel samples contained nearly double the legally permissible amount of arsenic under FDA guidelines.

The FDA requires bottled water to contain fewer than 10 parts per billion of arsenic and the Penafiel samples contained an average of 18.1. The arsenic found in Starkey Water, however, was just barely above the FDA threshold.

Penafiel bottled water is bottled in Mexico and shipped to the U.S., where it's sold by various retailers such as Target and Walmart.

This week, Keurig Dr Pepper suspended production of Penafiel in order to improve its filtration system, according to Consumer Reports. It doesn't plan a recall.

After Consumer Reports' initial testing, the Internal Bottled Water Association said its report "unnecessarily scares consumers about the safety of bottled water."

"Consumers can remain confident that bottled water products, like all food and beverages, are strictly and comprehensively regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and, thus, are safe for consumption," the association said in a statement.

CEH recommend that consumers should avoid the brands until the companies take the necessary steps to remove the arsenic.

Berlin Jewish museum director forced out by Israel lobby

The director of the Jewish Museum Berlin was forced to resign last week following pressure from Israel and its lobby.

The Central Council of Jews in Germany criticized the museum for tweeting an article on the 240 Jewish and Israeli scholars who signed a petition opposing the German parliament’s recent motion condemning the BDS – boycott, divest and sanctions – movement for Palestinian rights.

“We reject this motion, which is based on the false allegation that BDS as such equals anti-Semitism,” the petition reads.

“We call on the German government not to endorse this motion and to fight anti-Semitism, while respecting and protecting freedom of speech and of association, which are undeniably under attack.”

The motion in the lower house, the Bundestag, smears BDS campaigners by comparing their approach to the Nazi-era slogan “Don’t buy from Jews,” despite how the explicitly anti-racist BDS campaign targets institutions – not individuals – for complicity in Israel’s crimes.

The nonbinding parliamentary motion urges authorities to withhold funding from organizations that call into question Israel’s “right to exist,” that advocate for the boycott of Israeli goods and from individuals or groups which demonstrate support for BDS.

The motion has already been used to justify the barring of US hip hop artist Talib Kweli, who was disinvited from Germany’s Open Source Festival after he rejected a demand to denounce the nonviolent campaign for Palestinian rights.

Director forced out

Following the Jewish Museum Berlin’s tweet, the Central Council of Jews in Germany broke off contact with the museum, claiming that it was “completely out of control.”

Josef Schuster, president of the Central Council of Jews in Germany, told German newspaper Die Tageszeitung he had “no understanding how an institution that calls itself Jewish retweets criticism of the resolution of the Bundestag.”

Attacks from Israel and its supporters against Europe’s largest Jewish museum were immediate.

Benjamin Weinthal, an anti-BDS operative who has admitted to exaggerating claims of anti-Semitism in order to engineer crackdowns on supporters of Palestinian rights, published a scathing piece in The Jerusalem Post.

Israel minister: ‘I intend to Judaise the Galilee’

Newly-appointed Israeli transportation minister Bezalel Smotrich has declared that one of his main objectives is to ‘Judaise the Galilee’, in light of the region’s number of Palestinian citizens.

In an interview with Israel Hayom, the notorious right-wing nationalist also vowed to boost settlement infrastructure in the occupied West Bank.

Smotrich, part of the Union of Right-Wing Parties, was given the transportation ministry by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as part of a transitional government between elections.

“If I will be transportation minister in the coming years, I will lay down a network of roads, to complete a revolution, so that hundreds of thousands of Jews will come to live in the Galilee”, he said.

“I intend to Judaise the Galilee”, Smotrich added, bemoaning the number of non-Jews – i.e. Palestinian citizens – who live there.

Smotrich also pledged to further Israel’s colonisation of the occupied Palestinian territory.

“With the help of God”, he told Israel Hayom, “if I continue as Transportation Minister, I will make sure that in the next five-year plan there will be a meaningful master plan that looks further on Judea and Samaria [the West Bank], where there are another half a million people, and which includes trains, roads and interchanges”.

“Anyone who thinks that settlement in Judea and Samaria is a threat to peace should be afraid,” he added.

US adds Saudi Arabia to human trafficking blacklist

The United States yesterday added Saudi Arabia to a blacklist of countries that do not play a sufficient role in fighting human trafficking.

According to the US’ annual report on human trafficking, Saudi Arabia has failed to prevent large scale violations committed against its foreign labour force, Lebanese newspaper the Daily Star reported.

The US also accused Cuba of human trafficking under the guise of a program to send doctors abroad, pointing out that similar action has been taken against 22 countries.

US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, said of the countries named in the report: “If you don’t stand up to trafficking, America will stand up to you.”

Countries that remained at Tier 3 – the lowest classification according to the report – included China, North Korea, Russia and Venezuela. A Tier 3 designation means that the US can restrict financial assistance or withdraw support for that country in global institutions such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Boy, 7, Reportedly Beaten To Death By Mother For Refusing To Dress Like A Girl

A seven-year-old boy in Mexico, identified as Karol Rámon, was reportedly beaten to death by his mother after refusing requests to dress like a girl. The mother's girlfriend is suspected to have been involved in other beatings of the minor.

According to Noticis Ya, Rámon was beaten to death last February at the hands of his mother in Guanajuato, a city in Mexico. The mother, identified as Margarita, brought her son to a community hospital following the beating, though he was dead on arrival.

Rámon's body was full of bruises, old scars, cigarette burns, and the marks "made by some large object," the outlet reported. The boy was determined to have been "beaten with a belt, a chair, a whip and even a hammer. In addition to the blows, they left him without food for days."

The suspected mistreatment launched an investigation into Rámon's death, uncovering alleged stories of abuse at the hands of the mother and her girlfriend.

Before the assault that took the child's life, Rámon was reportedly abused by the two women when he would refuse to wear girls' clothing; he was brutally beaten "on the head and stomach, causing serious internal damage," the outlet said.

The child's grandmother reportedly attempted to gain custody of the child because of the abuse, but she was unsuccessful.

Margarita has been arrested and charged with the murder of her son; she will spend at least four months in pre-trial detention.

The brutal reports come on the heels of the murder of a nine-year-old boy in Brazil, who allegedly had his penis torn off and was beheaded by his mother and her female lover. The Daily Wire reported:

A Brazilian woman with a nine-year-old son allegedly conspired with her female partner roughly a year ago to use "rudimentary tools" to tear the penis off the boy because he supposedly wanted to be a girl, then recently murdered him by reportedly stabbing him over a dozen times and removing all the skin from his face before they beheaded him.

The Brazilian mother, Rosana Cândido, 27, and her partner Kacyla Pessoa, 28, "were said to have even used a knife to try to gouge out the boy’s eyeballs to prevent possible recognition," The Sun reported. Cândido and Pessoa allegedly attempted to barbecue the boy’s body, too. When that failed, parts of child’s body were packed into a suitcase and dumped in a sewer; other parts of the nine-year-old were recovered in backpacks at the women's home.

"Cândido allegedly said the boy was a 'burden' and interfered with the women’s relationship; she also reportedly said she 'felt hatred and no love' for him because he resembled her father, whom she claimed had abused her. The boy’s father reportedly told police that Cândido absconded with the boy five years ago. He allegedly added Cândido went to live with Pessoa and her daughter, who is now nine and has been taken into care," The Daily Wire noted.

"She killed her son, quartered, decapitated, plucked the skin and tried to get rid of the body. It was a very terrible case," police chief Guilherme Melo reportedly said.

France's Sarkozy to face trial for corruption and influence peddling: lawyer

Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy lost his final bid to avoid going to trial on charges of corruption and influence peddling, said his lawyer on Wednesday. This is the first time in the history of modern France that a former leader will face explicit corruption charges in court.

Sarkozy stands accused of offering to help a judge win a promotion in Monaco in return for leaked information.

The Court of Cassation, which rules on questions of law, said that a trial was justified for Sakorzy, his lawyer Thierry Herzog as well as former judge Gilbert Azibert.

The trial is set to begin in the next months in Paris but doesn't have a set date yet.

Sarkozy is not the first former president to be prosecuted, his predecessor Jacques Chirac was given a two-year suspended sentence in 2011 for embezzlement and misuse of public funds during his time as mayor of Paris.

What does the case concentrate on?

The case arose after investigators tapped the phones of Sarkozy and Herzog to examine allegations that the former president had received millions of euros for his 2007 election campaign from the late Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.

What they began to suspect while listening on the phone calls is that Sarkozy had offered Azibert a promotion in return for information on developments in a parallel investigation into allegations Sarkozy accepted illicit payments from L'Oreal heiress Liliane Bettencourt for the same campaign.

The inquiry revealed that Sarkozy often communicated with Herzog with mobile phones obtained under fake names. Sarkozy is believed to have used the alias of Paul Bismuth.

The former president was cleared over the Bettencourt allegations in 2013 and claimed he should not face trial because Azibert never got the job in Monaco.

But investigators believe the deal fell through because Sarkozy and his lawyer learned that their phones were tapped.

Using a European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling as a backup, Sarkozy’s defence lawyers argue that wiretapped transcriptions can be used only against lawyers and not their clients.

"It will be up to the court now to say if a French institution can free itself of a decision by the ECHR," Sarkozy's lawyer Jacqueline Laffont told AFP.

A sea of legal trouble

Sarkozy's post-Elysee life has been mired by legal trouble. In 2014, he became the first former president to be taken into police custody during a preliminary stage of the inquiry.

Last month, a top court rejected an appeal to avoid another trial, which involved charges of illicit financing of his 2012 campaign. Prosecutors claimed Sarkozy spent nearly €43 million on his re-election campaign — almost double the legal limit of €22.5 million — by using fake invoices. Sarkozy denounced the charges arguing he was unaware of the fraud by the public relations company Bygmalion.

The former president was also charged over accusations that his 2007 election campaign was aided by millions of euros in money from Gaddafi.

Franco-Lebanese businessman Ziad Takieddine claimed to have transferred €5 million in a briefcase to Sarkozy's campaign manager at the time.

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was adamant—just hours after it happened—that the explosions on two Norwegian and Japanese oil tankers were the responsibility of Iran. Iran did this, he said, and Iran would have to pay the price. The United States government offered no evidence for this claim, apart from a grainy video that showed little that seemed conclusive. Pompeo took no questions.

It is important to know that the Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was in Tehran at that time. Abe, who has been trying to maintain the Iran nuclear deal, made no belligerent comments, nor did he storm out of the country. The head of the Japanese shipping company said that there was no evidence that this event had been conducted by Iran. In fact, he disputed the claim that a limpet mine had been attached to his ship. He said that “flying objects” had struck the ship.

The Norwegian shipping company did not make any kind of statement about the events either, certainly not anything that blamed Iran for the incident. The Norwegian government remained silent as well—no threats of any kind from Oslo. The shipping company said an investigation would be conducted in due course.

The crew from both the vessels had been rescued by U.S. and Iranian boats and taken to safety.

Chief of Staff of Iranian Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Hossein Baqeri said that his military will not try to close the Strait of Hormuz by deceit. If they want to close the strait, he said, it will be an open military operation. He fully denies that Iran hit those two tankers.

No U.S. ship was assaulted. These incidents took place in international waters—in the Strait of Hormuz, off the coasts of Iran and Oman. Not on U.S. territory, nor on a U.S. military base or on U.S. government property. Yet, it was the U.S. government that made the claims and made the threats. This has become an ugly habit.
