Def here too. I can’t emphasis enough what the medical field calls good sleep hygiene. In a nutshell it means getting up and going down on a consistent schedule. Think like a baby..schedule, quiet dark room, winding down before bed, etc.

 

Keeping your immune system is the best preventative and sleep helps keep it in tippy-top shape.

Will look. T y. I know for me, putting the phone in another room, has helped my sleep. I bought an analog alarm clock but most mornings wake at 450 am, (10 min early). Glad you found something that works.. :)
