>>6807104 (lb) This does not exactly inspire confidence in security at the Capitol. This is sadly short of the mark, making one wonder if there are ANY secrets left unknown by our adversaries, domestic and/or foreign.

>>6807724 Unlike the loser crowd that didn't like the (partial) truth presented by Coleman Hughes. Those people don't CARE about the truth or getting it right—they just want money they don't deserve that is taken by force from people who also don't deserve to be cheated. Might as well tattoo FOREVER LOSER on the forehead.

>good sleep hygiene

We just installed redshift (similar to f-lux) on both computers. You can set the "color temperature" of the monitor in order to reduce blue light. It varies the color temperature according to time of day. Then, we replaced the LED lightbulbs around the house with halogen or good old incandescent. Get rid of that nasty blue light. We don't use much lighting after dark anyhow. Having a 25W incandescent in the background after dark when we're online, and redshift turning the color of our monitors a bit to the reddish side after sunset, has made an ENORMOUS difference in sleep. Anon used to lie down and not be able to fall asleep. Now, after sunset, anon starts to feel drowsy and when going to bed anon gets a good sleep.

Recommended. Investigate what's available for your platform.

I didn't believe the "blue light is bad" so much, but empirically after about a week the difference is so pronounced, I'm a believer now.

About 5 years ago when this was written, there were NO studies indicating any sort of retinal hazard from blue light. But a lot of studies on melatonin production and circadian rhythms. This is a very long and good compendium of research.

We are paranoid enough about EM exposure that we don't have any active cellphones in the house, we keep the WiFi turned off, and we don't microwave anything we plan to eat. Wired ethernet only. No cell service where we live anyhow.
