Q's silence could mean anything. It could mean Q is no longer useful. It could mean things are moving rapidly. It could mean Q was a larp.
We literally know nothing. Of course, its not like Q's posts ever actually clear anything up. Just riddles upon riddles with predictions that don't happen.
So, whether Q posts or not really doesn't matter at this point. We know what we know and we don't know far more than we can even guess. None of Q's posts lately have revealed anything useful. Just FISA and SOON. Yet, here we are, no DECLAS, no FISA, no anything.
