There are some things you can only learn from experience.
First you cut the throat, I always reversed the knife and pushed it in against the neck bone, then sliced out, rather than dull the blade by sawing in.
Then rotate and snap the neck, and quickly slice the cord, hopefully that alleviates any suffering.
Then you slice the skin at the base of the neck to free up the trachea and blood vessels.
Then cut out the anus, and remove pizzle, and draw out the anus to prevent contamination of the meat. Then part the septum, open the chest and free the organs by slicing connective tissues.
Then pull out the intestines, and cut around the diaphragm to remove the entire contents in one clean steaming pile.
It's exactly what they do to her.
