Those who keep their clearance for a while don't necessary get to see any new info.
We can think of 2 reasons why keep clearance
1) Review classified docs with their lawyers re: defense of criminal charges
2) Gov can legally spy on them as long as they keep the clearance, due to agreements they signed when the clearance was granted
At least say "alleged incident"
