Looks are relevant to her psychology.
Many women's self-esteem centers around their perception of how attractive they are.
False reports of rape and sexual assault are sometimes motivated by the desire to represent oneself as sexually desirable.
In the case of "E" Carroll, who evidently has a pathological hatred of men, she is, in my humble opinion, probably trying to level her false allegation against somebody who (she believes) is already hated by most women, so that they will be inclined to believe it without supporting evidence.
She may have interpreted the #MeToo phenomenon as a global indication by feminists that they have achieved sufficient power to take down men by always supporting allegations even when they know them to be false.
So she is probably expecting women worldwide to immediately proclaim that her accusation is unquestionably true and doubting it is intolerable wrongdoing that feminists must punish with their usual hysterical lies and spite.
I don't think she can see how evidently false and contrived her accusation appears to normal people who saw the events of 2016 and then the Kavanaugh accusations.
She's lost contact with the rational viewpoint and her mind has been consumed by rage and hate.
I think this is a welcome development. Those whom the gods would destroy they first drive mad.
Feminists will get to see this woman's hate-fueled fantasies lead her to disgrace and destruction and they will experience fear, which might mitigate their own inclinations towards malicious make-believe.
