There was a laps in Breads. Not sure if it was so much as a Shill Baker but maybe someone filling in because there was an 11 minute laps in between Breads #8715 - #8716. They did say they were a New Baker and had never baked before. Maybe they were just trying to fill in. Either way. It's caught and I'm no longer confused. Thank you
