Two Dem chairmen of key Armed Services and Intelligence committee panels that Qatar seeks to influence took an all-expenses-paid trip from that government and broke rules by hiding it.

Jim Himes, a member of the Intelligence Committee, refused to address his failure to report the gift on mandatory reports designed to prevent foreign meddling and bribery.
