Taxes are raised, crazy laws are passed and illegal aliens are invited into the best neighborhoods where families have lived for generations in nice homes and desirable real estate.
Mass exodus of upright proplr lrave and sell property at bargain prices just to get out. Major government cronies buy up cheap property and oin a few years decalare ares urban renovation zones. Taxpayer funds go to major renovations on DS friend properties and the become pristine real estate with garillion dollar price tags. Pols and friends sell and pocket millions each while displacing illegals & undesirables to next coveted area.
