Really? My understanding is that the knife was used as an eraser of sorts, indicating that laws can be changed.

No reason for them to be unwitting. It is sufficient that they blend in and raise no suspicions until it is time to act. For instance, the milquetoast accounting clerk who blows the water tower up one night but shows up for work the next day and feigns the same level of surprise (etc) as their co-workers, all the while slowly acquiring the explosives to destroy the power distribution station 20 miles away on Christmas eve. They don't engage in outward activities such as protests or letter writing campaigns or political donations. They just sit there like a landmine, waiting to explode.

Agreed. If she's hinting at divorce, she's already found your replacement. Stash cash with a trustworthy relative. You are going to need it ... lots of it. (I've been divorced 3 times WITHOUT the cash. Was living pretty darned rough for a while. IE, seldom eating and dependent on strangers for shelter in the Michigan winter. Set as much as you can aside because the judge won't care if your car is dead and you can't get to work ... child support, etc, is still due and the government will grind you to a powder even as she puts on the pounds and is the life of the party.

I think you misread the Boomer generation. We are more interested in keeping our grandchildren alive than you can possibly imagine. We know where to find the children of the wealthy and the powerful ... at home, firing up a bong and chanting "power to the people" ... and not kicking in a booby-trapped door.
Unlike you, we can remember a time when Iran was a very modern country, we can recall a time before we got stuck in the sand of the Middle East.
Unlike many, some of us even realize that Israel is the reason that Tehran MUST HAVE nukes -- because Israel does and will use them in a hostile takeover of the entire region without regard for any interference from the US because they OWN our Congress.

HOW did you do that? I was trying to archive using the software suggested in the header and it stopped working after about the third day. BTW, if you have specific suggestions, I'm using Linux, no longer fluent in the OS / TUI, but can follow instructions.
