The Prez is fighting a smart war. He's using brinkmanship and "divide and conquer" tactics and strategy. More people need to study Sun Tsu and Chinese history during the Warring Nations period. Then they would understand war is a game of strategy until the shooting starts. Then it turns into a game of chance where even one small thing could turn the tide one way or the other. This is why Sun Tsu taught that actual physical combat was the very last resort.
