Think in terms of movie; dossier scandal about to boomerang back into the MSM and not in a good way.

I think dead cat bounce might hypothetically refer to MSM thinking they got off the hook with the R’s announcing no collusion between either PARTY. I don’t think they mentioned INDIVIDUALS though would be exempt from the collusion story. Hence it’s about to bounce back into the news cycle maybe?
