Dilley's drops consist(ed) of 3 things:
1) Stuff Q has already said, just worded a bit different to sound fresh and different. Not once has Dilley said something BEFORE Q said it.
2) Predictions, none of which have happened yet
3) Statements that can only be proven true way later on, and not short term. Or can't be proven true ever really (ex: panels of jurors have been sat at Gitmo; Trump has digital copies of everything and the cabal is scared)
