I'm pretty sure that's exactly what happened. That's what sprang to my mind. We think that the EBS was activated in Hawaii to get the NSA data, but I think they really shot a missile. Or perhaps initiated it or something to threaten Patriots. I remember some person on Twatter from Hawaii had a husband on duty around there, and they saw missiles or something. Could be horseshit.
