This would be interesting to analyze the number sequence for possible decoding. I'll try to make a graphic, if no one else in on this yet.
I thought this would be a no brainer, but it's a bit harder to read than I thought. I believe that is the 13 up front. There's a few that are gonna be tricky so I might ask for consensus once I get the sequence, before making a false graphic.

I'm seeing something different than this, though.
The 3rd (middle) ball in the back row looks to be the same color as the 3rd ball (from the left) in the next row up. And the first two balls (on the left) in that same row (4th row back) are the same color as each other. At least that's what I see.
Picture appears too fuzzy to read any type of distinct number. So, I was going by color and process of elimination.
