One is slightly covering the seal, the other is off it. They aren't pointing straight up, but they aren't pointing far enough apart to be pointing at the pockets. They aren't even lined up depthwise. So, not soldiers at attention, just sticks in the right place.

So, like, are the cuesticks the digital soldiers, prepared to knock the details home?
