Yes - agree it was known in advance that McAleenan would leak - was he a tool or acting in concert with the plan? but anyway yes the leakage was/is part of the plan. Or there are so many branches of the plan, all with pre-computed outcomes, that whether he leaked or not made no difference at all, because if he hadn't leaked when the plan called for it, a different action would have been doing producing the exact same result.
