Try exercise each time you think negatively, just a brisk walk up the block will do. Enjoy nature if possible. I got a lil stressed out about things happening, so I joined a gym and go daily. Eat right too, I found changing my diet helped me tons. And 3 liters of good water per day. Godspeed anon.
