So that is a different aircraft than the EC-130J I capped yesterday over OH-WV.

Mine was 96-8154 and this one over PR is 96-8153. They are undoubtedly twins acquired together in 1996.

 

Interesting mission profile!!!

They broadcast radio & TV, and perform psychological operations! (Psy-Ops!)

"China Air" is Taiwan airlines.

It's usually tagged military but from the flight pattern I believe it might be a commercial airline, not military.

Have seen them approaching the West Coast many times.
