I actually already made that mistake earlier this morning, anon. The lines are going to add aup to 120 always, because you're just calculating the same 1+2+3+etc, which always equals 120 if you go up to 15. Here's my graphics for this. I'm gonna try to stick around a bit longer and draw out some moar interesting connections on it
Right now I just noticed some moar things that caught my eye while searching "Reagan" in the Q Posts.
Lol. Yeah. I was just working on this stuff. The 3, 6, 9 I noticed sometime this morning, but got caught up in other stuff. I wanted to check that post, because I remember liking it. The fron three ball when converted to letters are "OMG". Also, directly behind the 13 (as in angry democrats, or bloodlines) is 15 n 7. 15 = 0. So :)

What I noticed when adding the sums in all directions, there were only two which equate to a value that could be represented by a pool ball. That is 11 & 12. Both balls next to one another, and in the back-left triangle. Also when you read 1, 11, 2 you can split the 11 in the middle to get 11 & 12. three balls down to two, like a countdown, then the one.
I'm interested in seeing what else everyone can find. Good word searches I've noticed so far on Q Posts are "BREAK", "Reagan" and what ever else you can find. The first post with "Reagan" is post number 15, which is the number of balls in the rack.
Someone else pointed out that that POOL backwards is LOOP. There's so much jammed in this pic it's crazy! Have fun!!

There was quite a discussion about this all day. I've tried to keep this at bay. It's not an extra cue ball. It has a dark stripe at the top-right side of the ball, that was making some anons think it was either a smaller ball or whatever else.
I went by the colors and used process of elimination to get the results. You can see the color on that ball is the same as the ball directly to the right of it. Both purple. So, it's the 12 (stripe) and the 4 (solid).
But as I said, the 11 and 12 do stand out. Add them together and you get

Today also happens to be the 23rd. and we all know about T - 23, now comes the pain. Not trying to get anyone's hopes up. But I do feel like this is just a way for Q to give us the nod that things are all good during the "BREAK".
