So long as the cabal can insulate themselves from the consequences of their actions via corporate person-hood, they will continue to sleaze away from paying for their crimes and exploitation.

POTUS, how about in your 2nd term you get change the legal definition of personhood for corporations? It would solve A LOT of problems and take away a big piece of the cabal's armor.
