So…maybe 'cause I just got home from work and it's after midnight, but when I had another look at this pic it occurred to me that if this is a message from Chairman Kim could it be "I'm ready to sign" or some such? I say that because of the two pens and binders. The one by his left hand under the envelope is, I feel, just the pen he will (did already?) use to reply to President Trump but that letter will likely also be coded in some way…but…Hey, what's that? A rabbit…gotta go!
