so, they get these kids, who're dying anyway, and when they die, it's less heinous, since they children can be good for something? all these dead kids are evidence. where were they going? why were they going there? what was their purpose, considering kids don't spontaneously die from shelter? it's a racket. they find mothering age girls in need, have them breed out a premy with a low life expectancy, makes it less of a toll on the conscience when you experiment on it? use it for parts? fuck it to death? what?
