you are correct but that would not change the total that much. It's a slippery slope but I've looked at the pacer data and before this it was usually very quiet. Even spoken to a dispatcher in canada and that is how I got them on board because they knew that was not mormal
bakers have no control over this. This is how it has always been and will most likely remain. Up to BO/BV.
