[19]is in reference to 19 journalist, researchers etc, being 187, Think Michael Hashting, Andrew Breitbart,there have been many more. This is what Q is implying in that drop. There have been 19 deaths of those looking/researching, and bringing attention to areas the CIA did not want out.
