This is the second time I have seen someone on this board react negatively to no shoes in the house. Given there's a whole continent filled with people who practice this, I find the ignorance of that fact and the fear of bare feet weird. Maybe the reaction depends on who cleans the house. I thought it was a great idea when I heard about, have tried to practice it, my bare feet are kinda dusty right now. I still have images I posted then, KEK!
I had a Korean roommate who thought wearing shoes in the house was gross.
