top kek

me, too

The way you had him blithering like an idiot unable to form even a basic sentence was priceless.

Who knows. They're so stupid, he may try it again. They managed to get a reddit sub shutdown. I have a feeling, if not him, another from Nigeria will be trying again within a few days.

Potus said his team recommended 700 miles total. Now, given the Brian Kolfage (or whatever his name is) just put up some border wall in an area that ACoE said couldn't hold a wall, tells me there's a lot moar than 700 miles that should have some kind a barrier. But, that's another story.

So, it's NOT legal to withhold discovery? Regardless of whether Sydney is making noise, it would not surprise me to find out SCO did indeed withhold exculpatory evidence. Guess we wait another 2 months to find out….

oh and thankQ for the reply.

ThankQ for posting this anon. It's about as I expected. The prosecution needs to disclose there is classified exculpatory evidence. The court then has options on how to handle it. But I get the impression prosecution withheld even that information.

I can see withholding for a terrorist, but not someone who held such a high security clearance. Wouldn't it be something else if Flynn's prior atty's never even asked if there is classified evidence?

Can't blame you for that, anon.

It would be nice to think the Flynn case would bring light to just how corrupt our judicial system is, but not holding my breath.
