I don't know about that. I just watched Daredevil S3 again, and while it's fiction I think they do try to convey their observations of society in their writing (like I'm pretty sure they're trying to draw parallels between Fisk and Trump, kek).
So there is clearly corruption out there. Anons see it, in fact I think everyone sees it, it's just who it gets blamed on that is seen differently by different groups. So while the writers might be trying to highlight corruption from the 'establishment' (far right to them) what they succeed in doing is just highlighting corruption in general without realizing they're calling out the people they actually serve.
It's quite funny really.
