Get a guy who looks like him who actually has something in his brainpan, and more importantly, lacks the physical presence/memory aspect of all the corrupt shit Biden has done and been involved with.. you could pull off any excuse you want, there will be no visibly apparent negative/nervous reaction or even polygraph test to anything Biden has actually been involved with. Easiest thing to do would be to start him out in public engagements and after a while and the debates and all.. he can start doing interviews. This guy has been being groomed for at least 2 yrs now.

To add… what about having a fake in place to take fall for you? What about all the chatter going back and forth about secure villages and all that in St John? Riding out the storm and being prepared and all? All recent trips down to islands..
