Aspire Public Schools seems to be an offshoot or evolution of Aspire Charter Schools, and although they offer tutoring and such their main aim is to get charter school legislation passed.
Was looking at these people a year ago because I was wondering how the charter school as a homeschool paper protection in California could be used to keep kids "in the system" while trafficking them. Turns out that once they are in the charter system they only need to appear at "school" once every two months…
