I first got into weather manipulation during Hurricane Harvey. I noticed weird radar shit and looked into it. One thing that caught my eye was the thick plumes of clouds coming from the desert in the NW corner of Mexico. They come out of nowhere in the same formation. It has to be cloud seeding. Well they are turned on high right now. Probably not coincidence that its rained more than half of the past month. River is HIGH. Red, Ark, and Missisuppi rivers are pretty sketchy right now. Week of rain in the forecast.

Screenshot is a little while ago. Looked for a Harvey radar to compare with no luck.
