How can that be put in place when courts have ruled the mandate is unconstitutional? Doesn't that decision preside over local laws?
Im in CT and LIVID, just got a real nice tax break from POTUS and not even ONE YEAR LATER our new asshole governor implements this and a thousand other taxes!
