OMG, OMG, OMG. I have to show you something. I was in HI during the "scare'. (We returned back to the continental US Sunday.) I was just talking to a friend showing him the alerts we received - the 8:06 original accidental alert and the following 8:45 alert that it was a mistake. There was a different message that was scrolling across the Hawaii TV screen during the scare from the Pacific Command. About an hour after the scare, spouse and I were talking about everything and wanted to read the TV message again so I googled it by keywords Pacific Command Emergency Alert. I found the message and copied it from a website. I want to say it was from the Pacific Control Website but we were so shook up, I may be mistaken about that. I texted the alert to my family stateside.

So today, as I was showing that message to my friend, I noticed the time stamp. 8:00 a.m.!!!! (Pic related). That's 7 minutes BEFORE the accidental button push!!

I have googled this now to verify the 8:00 and can't find it anywhere. WTF???

I hear you. I've been digging, meming, fighting with my patriot anons since day 1. The last thing i want to do is mislead or confuse. I sent my text to my family after the most harrowing and emotional day of my life. I certainly had no reason to lie to them either. I only saw the time stamp today. I thought it might add to our facts. No harm intended.
