Was Drablo's death a retaliation from the Deep State?

On June 20th, the U.S. Cyber Command attacks Iran's missile systems. Two days later, on the 22nd a plane crashes killing 11 people.

One of them was Lt. Joshua Drablos, a Navy sailor who worked for the U.S. Fleet Cyber Command.

Q says 7/10 plane crashes are targeted kills. Was Drablo's death a retaliation from the Deep State?
